    摘要:

    以声表面波(SAW)延迟线为核心技术,研制出大带宽、小带内波动和长延时的延迟线;通过优化延迟线连接方式和对嵌入式系统及通信系统的研究,研制出1 m步进,1~8 000 m连续可调,200 MHz带宽(3 dB)的C波段高度表激励源。该系统具有小型化,多功能性,通用性和自动化测试的特点。

    Abstract:

    Using surface acoustic wave (SAW) delay line as the core technology, a delay line with wide bandwidth, small in band ripple and long delay time has been developed. Through optimizing the link mode of the delay line and investigating the embedded system and communication system, a new radio altimeter exciting source operating at C band has been fabricated. The radio altimeter exciting source can be adjusted continuously from 1 m to 8 000 m in 1 m interval and has 3 dB bandwidth of 200 MHz. The system has the features of small size, multifunction, versatility and auto test.
