    摘要:

    在压电石英金电极上自组装半胱胺膜,通过1 乙基 3 (3 甲基氨丙基)碳二亚胺盐酸盐和N 羟基琥珀酰亚胺活化的羧基化碳纳米管交联半胱胺和DNA探针,构建新的压电DNA传感器,实现对肺癌特征DNA的压电检测。该传感器检测灵敏度为27.617 Hz/(μg/mL),线性范围为0.02~7.50 μg/mL,再生性能好。样本分析结果与聚合酶链式反应(PCR)法无显著差异,可用于临床检测。

    Abstract:

    The cysteamine film was immoboilized on a quartz crystal gold electrode’s surface by self assembly. DNA probes of lung cancer and cysteamine film were linked with carbonylic carbon nanotubes which been activated with 1 ethyl 3 (3 dimethyllaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride(EDC) and 1 hydroxy 2,5 pyrrolidinedione(NHS). Thus, a new lung cancer piezoelectric DNA sensor was constructed to detect DNA labeling lung cancer, and the sensitivity was 27.617 Hz/(μg/mL), and the linear range was from 0.02 μg/mL to 7.50 μg/mL. The DNA sensor had good regenerability, and there were not significant difference between the DNA sensor and PCR in samples detection.
