    摘要:

    为了研究一维方形光子晶体中电磁波的全反射隧穿效应,利用传输矩阵法计算了电磁波在大于全反射角入射一维方形光子晶体的透射率。在透射波中发现了全反射隧穿效应。得出了方形光子晶体的全反射隧穿效应随模式量子数、边长、周期数的变化规律。为设计性能优良的光子晶体滤波器提供了理论依据。

    Abstract:

    The total reflection tunnel effect of the electromagnetic wave in 1D square photonic crystal has been studied. The transmissivity of the electromagnetic wave incident into the 1D square photonic crystal with a incident angle greater than the full reflection angle has been calculated by using the transition matrix method. The total reflection tunnel effect has been found in the transmission wave. The change of the total reflection tunnel effect of square photonic crystal versus the quantum number of mode, the length of side and the period has been investigated. The obtained results provide the theoretical basis for designing the high quality photonic crystal filter.
