    摘要:

    通过对Cymbal换能器压电陶瓷片受力分析,给出了其压电方程的边界受力约束条件,建立了Cymbal型压电换能器等效压电常数de33函数模型。模型计算结果与试验结果吻合。并利用该模型,分析了Cymbal换能器几个关键参数对等效压电常数de33的影响规律。

    Abstract:

    Based on analyzing the stress of the piezoelectric ceramic sheet of Cymbal transducer, the piezoelectric equations with boundary stress conditions are given, and the model of the equivalent piezoelectric constant de33 function of Cymbal transducer is established. The simulation results agree well with the experimental results. The effects of several key factors of Cymbal transducer on the equivalent piezoelectric constant de33 has been analyzed with the model.
