    摘要:

    采用高频电磁场结构仿真软件(HFSS)双模法提取耦合系数,快速设计调试了小型交叉耦合同轴腔体带通滤波器。设计方法简便,具有普适性和实用性。利用HFSS为滤波器做整体仿真调试,设计了工作在L波段的滤波器,带内插损小于0.3 dB,带外10 MHz有-20 dB抑制,并对调试方法进行了研究。

    Abstract:

    A miniaturized cross coupled coaxial cavity band pass filter has been designed fast and tuned by using the HFSS dual mode method to extract the coupling coefficients.The design method is convenient, practical and universal.The HFSS software is used to simulate the whole filter.A band pass filter operated at L band has been designed. The filter has the features of insertion loss of less than 0.3 dB in pass band and -20 dB of out of band beyond 10 MHz.The tuning method has been analyzed.
