    摘要:

    将光纤布喇格光栅(FBG)传感器应用于复合材料层合板低速冲击应变测试中。将应变片和FBG粘贴在复合材料板的对称位置上;将冲击荷载施加在复合材料板中心,并施加8个不同等级(由小到大)的冲击荷载。试验结果表明,FBG传感器与对称位置粘贴的应变片的测试数据一致,这说明FBG可用于复合材料板的冲击应变测试。应用5个FBG传感器获得的冲击荷载下的峰值响应,结合提出的峰值响应包络面法,对复合材料层合板的冲击损伤位置进行了成功识别。结合FBG获得残余应变的方法,对复合材料层合板的冲击损伤的程度进行了成功识别。

    Abstract:

    The fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors were used to measure the strain of the composite laminate plate under low velocity impulse in this work.The resistance strain gauges and the FBGs were bonded on the composite laminate plate symmetrically,while the impact load was applied to the centre of the composite laminate plate and the impact loads with 8 different levels (from small to big) were supplied. The experiment results showed that the measured data obtained by FBG sensors were consistent with that of the resistance strain gauges bonded symmetrically. This indicated that FBG could be used the impact strain measurement of composite laminate plate.The impact damaged location of the composite laminate plate has been identified successfully by combining the peak responses of the impact load from 5 FBF sensors with the proposed peak response enveloping surface method. New damage location identification method and damage index from Fiber Bragg Grating sensors was proposed to monitor impact damage of composite laminate plate.
