The design of a driving source circuit of acousto optic modulator has been presented in this paper. The proposed driving source circuit can be used to improve the performance of the acousto optic modulator. The frequency stabilization and amplitude stabilization methods, deep negative feedback technique and power amplifier integrated chip with high frequency and low noise have been used in the driving circuit design to improve the quality of the driving signals and increase the output power. Thus the circuit parameters of the driving source can meet the requirements of the acousto optic modulator.
