Abstract:The lead zincate niobate (PZN) lead nickelate(PNN) lead zirconnate titanate(PZT) piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by solid synthesis process with the solid oxides as raw materials.The influences ofr(Zr)/r(Ti) ratio,A site replacing Pb with Ba2+ and com replacing Pb with Ba2+ and La3+ were investigated.The results have shown that the piezoelectric properties are optimal (that is,the formula is Pb0.92Ba0.04La0.04 (Ni1/3Nb2/3)y(Zn1/3Nb2/3)zZrmTinO3).The dielectric constantεT33/ε0 is 5 657,piezoelectric constant d33 is 709 pC/N,electromechanical coupling coefficient kp is 0.69,Q factor Qm is 45,and the Curie temperature TC is 180.9 ℃.
