    摘要:

    将Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3(BST)铁电薄膜应用于微带电路中,采用高频仿真软件(HFSS)双模法提取耦合系数,快速设计了λ/2(λ为波长)可调滤波器。针对电路中偏压隔离部分设计了用于谐振器间的高阻偏压连线和λ/4接地线,使滤波器能采用端口加压的方式调谐,简化了调谐方式。最终设计了中心频率为7.8 GHz、带宽为1 GHz的带通可调滤波器。

    Abstract:

    Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3(BST)ferroelectric film was applied in micro strip circuit. A half wavelength tunable band pass filter was designed quickly by HFSS dual mode method to extract the coupling coefficients. Considering the voltage isolation of DC signal bias in the circuit, a high resistance line connecting line and a grounding wire of 1/4 wavelength was designed between the resonators. The filter tuning was simplified with dc voltage processing at port. The band pass tunable filter was finally designed with the features of 7.8 GHz center frequency and 1 GHz bandwidth.
