    摘要:

    提出通过聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)压电传感器替代加速度计对振动结构进行实验模态分析。在固支梁表面分别布置矩形PVDF压电传感器和加速度计,测量外界激励与振动结构响应之间的频率响应函数,通过模态软件对数据进行分析,得到模态参数并将结果进行对比。实验结果表明,利用PVDF压电传感器对振动结构进行实验模态分析效果良好,且具有附加质量小,频响宽,操作简便等特点,与加速度计相比,具有明显的优越性。

    Abstract:

    The feasibility of using polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) piezoelectric sensor for the experimental modal analysis instead of accelerometer was demonstrated. A rectangular PVDF film and an accelerometer were attached on the surface of a clamped beam respectively as sensors for measuring the frequency response functions between the external excitation and the responses of the vibrating structure. Modal parameters could be obtained by using the modal analysis software and the results were compared. Experimental results showed that the PVDF sensor had a good effect on experimental modal analysis of the vibrating structure. It had the characteristics of small additional mass, wide frequency response and easy to operate, which was superior to use comparing with accelerometer sensor.
