    摘要:

    通过溶胶凝胶工艺在铁磁相CoFe2O4(CFO)陶瓷粉体表面包覆二氧化锆,形成核壳薄层。添加钨锌酸铅钨铜酸铅(PZWPCW)低熔点辅助剂以降低铁电相锆钛酸铅镧(PLZT)的烧结温度。采用CFO和PLZT[Pb1-1.5yLay(Zr0.58Ti0.42)1-1.25zNbzO3,y=0.06,z=0.02]粉体混合共烧工艺制备CFO/PLZT 03复合多铁性材料。研究了铁磁相含量、陶瓷的晶相结构、微观形貌及烧结工艺条件对陶瓷介电、压电、铁电性能的影响。XRD、SEM分析表明,二氧化锆在高温烧结过程中可有效阻挡铁、钴离子扩散进入PLZT相;同时相对较低温度烧结使PLZT钙钛矿相和CFO尖晶石相稳定共存。当磁场强度为334.23 A/m,频率为229 kHz时,1 050 ℃烧结的复合陶瓷(CFO质量分数为0.20)的磁电转换系数约为401 mV/A。

    Abstract:

    The cobalt ferrite (CFO) powders were coated with zirconia via SolGel methods to form coreshell thin film. The Pb(Zn0.5W0.5)O3Pb(Cu0.5W0.5)O3 (PZWPCW) was used as additives to low down the sintering 〖HJ〗temperature of the lead lanthanum zirconate titanate (PLZT) ceramics. The CFO/PLZT 03 composite ceramics were fabricated from the mixture of the coated CFO and PLZT ceramic powder by using cofiring processes.The effects of the CFO content,phase structure, micro morphology and sintering conditions on the dielectric,piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties were investigated.The Xray and SEM diffraction results show that the ZrO2 layer can buffer the Fe3+ and Co2+ ions diffusing from CFO to PLZT during the sintering process.The composites presented the perovskite structure(PLZT) and the spinel structure(CFO) after relatively lower temperature sintering.The magnetoelectric coefficient of composite ceramics(CFO weight fraction x=0.2) which were sintered at 1 050 ℃ was found to be 401 mV/A at the magnetic field intensity of 334.23 A/m and frequency of 229 kHz.
