Abstract:Selecting the information entropy as the judging similarity tool, the control object equivalent model parameters are selected based on the determined data similarity. The complex piezoelectric ceramics model with one order inertial model is used. Considering the uncertainty of piezoelectric devices,in the equivalent model, the uncertainty is deemed to comply with the variable parameters of the Gauss distribution. Considering the uncertain parameters, robust stabilization based on LMI method,guarantee the robust stability of the system. The selected control target, using adaptive Lyapunov method for stability design model controller.The simulation results validate the control strategy has good effect.
