    摘要:

    针对弹体侵彻中多路信号进行实时高精度、高速采集的需求,设计了一种基于微机电系统(MEMS)加速度传感器的弹载回收系统。该系统以现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)芯片XC3S400作为电路的主控单元,通过控制A/D转换器(AD7934)实现模数转换,并由数据缓存器(FIFO)缓存后经过USB3.0接口芯片CYUSB3014将采集到的数据上传到上位机显示分析。试验结果表明,该弹载回收系统传输数据迅速、准确,无错帧与丢帧的现象,完全满足实际工程的需要。具有体积小,功耗低,可靠性高等特点,已成功应用于弹体侵彻试验中。

    Abstract:

    According to the requirements of realtime high precision and high speed acquisition for the multi channel signals in projectile penetrating, a kind of missileborne recovery system based on MEMS acceleration sensor was designed in this paper. This system used FPGA chip XC3S400 as the main control unit of the circuit. The analog to digital conversion was realized by controlling the A/D converter( AD7934 ), and the collected data was cached by the FIFO and uploaded to the PC for display and analysis through USB3.0 interface chip CYUSB3014. The experimental result showed that the missileborne recovery system had the features of rapid and accurate data transmission, no wrong frame and lost frame,and it can satisfy the need of the actual project. The proposed system has been successfully applied to the projectile penetration test with small size, low power consumption and high reliability.
