    摘要:

    针对水听器的温度稳定性问题,该文研究了一种压电圆管水听器在环境温度变化时灵敏度的变化规律。通过圆管水听器在低频时自由场电压接收灵敏度计算公式,分析了温度对水听器的主要影响因素,并基于热力学理论分析计算了水听器灵敏度随温度的变化规律。实测了一种圆柱形压电陶瓷的电容随温度的变化,以及该压电陶瓷在不同包覆材料下的电容和灵敏度随温度的变化情况,并比较分析了其与理论值的差异。结果表明,水听器灵敏度与温度负相关,水听器电容与温度正相关,与理论分析一致。理论值与实际测量值的差异主要是由水听器表面包覆材料本身热膨胀特性及其声阻抗的温度特性导致。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the temperature stability of the hydrophone, this paper studies the change law of the sensitivity of a piezoelectric circular tube hydrophone when the ambient temperature changes. The main influencing factors of temperature on the hydrophone are analyzed through the calculation formula of the free-field voltage receiving sensitivity of the circular tube hydrophone at low frequency, and the variation law of the hydrophone sensitivity with temperature is analyzed and calculated based on the thermodynamic theory. The change of the capacitance of a cylindrical piezoelectric ceramic with temperature, and the change of capacitance and sensitivity of the piezoelectric ceramic with different coating materials with temperature were measured, and the difference between the measured values and the theoretical values was compared and analyzed. The results show that the sensitivity of the hydrophone is negatively correlated with the temperature, and the capacitance of the hydrophone is positively correlated with the temperature, which is consistent with the theoretical analysis. The difference between the theoretical value and the measured value is mainly caused by the thermal expansion characteristics of the hydrophone surface coating material itself and the temperature characteristics of the acoustic impedance.
