    摘要:

    水声换能器设计时需考虑结构尺寸及电声特性等因素限制,快速找到最优设计方案对设计人员非常重要。该文介绍了一种水声换能器参数化优化的设计方法。首先利用ANSYS软件APDL参数化设计语言建立换能器参数化模型,然后将换能器参数化模型导入ANSYS Workbench平台,通过设置输入变量和输出变量给出优化约束条件和优化目标,选择合适优化算法后程序自动进行优化计算,并给出最优设计结果。结果表明,该方法可在换能器参数范围内求解最优方案,同时也能大幅提高设计人员的优化效率。

    Abstract:

    In the design of underwater transducer, the structure dimensions, electroacoustic characteristics and other constraints need to be considered, so it is very important for designers to quickly find out the optimal design scheme. This article presents a design method for parameter optimization of underwater transducer. Firstly, the parametric model of the transducer is established by using the ANSYS software APDL parametric design language. Then the parametric model of the transducer is imported into ANSYS Workbench platform, the optimization constraints and optimization objectives are given by setting the input and output variables, and the program automatically performs the optimization calculation and gives the optimal design results after selecting the appropriate optimization algorithm. This method can solve the optimal solution within the range of transducer parameters, and can also greatly improve the optimization efficiency of designers.
