    摘要:

    压电俘能器能将振动能转化为电能,为低功耗的电子设备供电。为了拓宽压电俘能器的有效频率带宽、降低系统的谐振频率,提出一种附加液体质量的压电俘能器。以压电效应为指导,建立压电俘能器的力学模型和机电耦合模型,分析附加液体质量的压电俘能器的动力学特性,并基于理论模型、仿真分析及试验验证3方面展开研究。通过制作实物样机,搭建振动实验平台,对压电俘能器的俘能特性进行了实验测试。实验结果表明,与传统式悬臂梁式压电俘能器相比,该结构5种模式下压电俘能器的谐振频率降低,输出电压增加。利用AC-DC整流滤波电路对压电俘能器产生的电能进行整流滤波,验证了压电俘能器产生电能的可用性。

    Abstract:

    The piezoelectric energy harvesters can convert the vibration energy into the electric energy and supplypower for the low-power electronic equipment. In order to broaden the effective frequency band width of the piezoelectricenergy harvester and reduce the resonant frequency of the system, a piezoelectric energy harvester with additionalliguid mass is proposed in this paper. Guided by the piezoelectric effect, the mechanical model and electromechanicalcoupling model of piezoelectric energy harvester are established, and the dynamic characteristics of piezoelectricenergy harvester with additional liquid mass are analyzed, and the study is carried out based on the theoreticalmodel, simulation analysis and experimental verification. By making a prototype and building a vibration experimentplatform, the energy harvesting characteristics of piezoelectric energy harvester are tested experimentally, The experimentalresults show that compared with the traditional cantilever piezoelectric energy harvester, the resonantfreguency of the piezoeleetric energy harvester with five modes of the structure is signilicantly reduced, and the outputvoltage is increased. The AC-DC rectifier filter circuit is used to rectify and filter the electricity generated by thepiezoelectric energy harvester, and the availability of the electric energy generated by the piezoelectric energy harvesteris verified.
