    摘要:

    介绍了一种高频率稳定度模拟温度补偿晶体振荡器。采用温度传感器,一阶、三阶、四阶、五阶电压函数发生器,加法器等单元电路产生温度补偿电压VC ,再将VC 电压输入至压控振荡器中的变容二极管,对AT切型石英晶体频率进行温度补偿。相比于传统的直接型模拟温度补偿方案,该方案所设计的产品具有更小的体积,解决了间接型数字温度补偿方案频率突变的问题。采用0.18 μm工艺加工芯片,芯片面积仅1.5 mm×1.2 mm。实测结果表明,在-40~85 ℃内补偿精度在±0.28×10-6内,1 kHz相位噪声低于-143 dBc/Hz。

    Abstract:

    This study proposes a high frequency stability analog temperature compensated crystal oscillator. A combination of temperature sensors, first-, third-, fourth-, and fifth-order function voltagegenerators, adders, and other unit circuits were utilized to generate the temperature compensation voltage VC.This wassubsequently input into the varactor diode in the VCO to compensate for the temperature vs.frequency of AT-cut quartz crystal. In comparison with traditional direct analog temperature compensation schemes, the proposed chipoffered a lower vol ume and resolved the frequency mutation issue that occurs in indirect digital temperature compensation schemes. The chip was fabricated using 0.18 μm processwith a compact area of only 1.5 mm×1.2 mm. Measurement results demonstrated that the compensation accuracy was within ±0.28×10-6 and the 1 kHz phase noise was lower than -143 dBc/Hz across a -40 to 85 ℃ temperature range
