    摘要:

    采用固相法制备MgNb2O6 (MNO)掺杂(Ba0.79Sr0.21 )TiO3 ((Ba,Sr)TiO3 )基电容器陶瓷。采用XRD、 SEM等研究了MgNb2O6 掺杂对(Ba,Sr)TiO3 基电容器陶瓷的物相、显微结构及介电性能影响。结果表明,随着 MNO掺杂量的增加,(Ba,Sr)TiO3 基电容器陶瓷的介电常数逐渐减小,陶瓷的介电损耗先增大后减小再增大,陶瓷的电阻率先减小后增大再减小,陶瓷的耐压强度先减小后增大再减小。当MNO掺杂量(质量分数)为2.0%时, 陶瓷的介电常数达到最大值(为1 670),陶瓷的介电损耗有最小值(为0.005 6)。当MNO掺杂量(质量分数)为 8%时,陶瓷的电阻率有最大值(为65.23×1010 Ω·cm),耐压强度的最大值为7.7 kV/mm(DC)。当掺杂MNO量 (质量分数)为10%时,陶瓷的电容温度变化率为+0.18%,-28.29%。MNO掺杂(Ba,Sr)TiO3 基电容器陶瓷是钙钛矿结构。掺杂MNO能够降低陶瓷的电容温度变化率。

    Abstract:

    MgNb2O6-doped (Ba0.71Sr0.29 )TiO3 ((Ba,Sr)TiO3 )-based capacitor ceramics were prepared by solid state method. The influence of MgNb2O6 (MNO) doping amount on the dielectric properties, phase composition, and microstructure of (Ba,Sr)TiO3-based ceramics were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning elec tronic microscopy (SEM), among other tests. The results showed that the relativity permittivity of (Ba,Sr)TiO3 based capacitor ceramics decreased; dielectric loss increased, then decreased, and finally increased; the resistivity first decreased, then increased, and finally decreased; and withstand voltage strength (Eb ) first decreased firstly, then increased, and finally decreased when MNO doping amount increased. When the doping amount of MNO was 2.0 wt%, the (Ba,Sr)TiO3 ceramics had a maximum dielectric constant of 1 670 and minimum dielectric loss of 0.005 6. When the doping amount of MNO was 8.0 wt%, (Ba,Sr)TiO3 ceramics had a maximum resistivity of 65.23×1010 Ω·cm and maximum withstand voltage strength of 7.7 kV/mm (DC). When the doping amount of MNO was 10.0 wt%, (Ba,Sr)TiO3 ceramics exhibited less percentage of capacitance variation with temperatures of +0.18% and -28.29%. (Ba,Sr)TiO3 ceramics doped with MNO had a perovskite structure. The doping of MNO can decrease capacitance variation with temperature.
